FIRST ANNUAL FUN RUN!
Bring your family and your running shoes and join us for our first annual run. The 5K run will take place from 7-8am starting at the hotel. There will be prizes and a raffle for a FitBit! s Download route maps and all of the event details here!

Join us for a fun run at an easy pace around the beautiful and historical Sonoma. Walkers welcomed! Get a chance to mingle while improving your physical and mental wellbeing. Be the one to say you were here since the beginning of a healthy tradition!

  • Where: Meet at the Sonoma Lodge
  • Options: Run a 3.6 mile loop or Walk a 1.9 mile loop (see maps)
  • When: Sunday, March 13th - 7am start (expect to finish before 8am)

Running Map: 3.6 miles (36 minutes @ 10 min/mile running pace)

Our Keynote Speaker is Dr. Bennet Omalu, the renowned Forensic Neuro-Pathologist who coined the term. His groundbreaking work has been internationally recognized, and is the focus of the upcoming movie "Concussion" starring Will Smith.
